Are you ready to get started with your credentialing today?

Credentialing is a process that takes a few months and is typically one of the initial steps in starting a TMS clinic or psychiatry or mental health services practice if you plan to bill insurance for services rendered.

Assuming you have your professional license (MD, DO, PA, PMHNP, etc.) and all other required licenses (DEA, etc.), malpractice insurance and CAQH up-to-date, to begin your credentialing, you will need to have the following:

1. Location secured
2. Legal business entity established (i.e. LLC, PLLC, etc.)
3. Group NPI which can be done HERE
4. Business phone and fax
5. Business email

If you are planning to start a TMS clinic and are not a licensed MD, DO, PA, or PMHNP, then you will need to find a provider before starting the credentialing process so that you can bill insurance for TMS services.
